Terms of Service — GrandRich Master
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GrandRich Master — Idle Mining Business Tycoon (“GrandRich Master” or the “App”). By downloading or using GrandRich Master, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
GrandRich Master is a mobile entertainment application (tycoon game) published by BAIHAT LABS. Features, content, balance and availability may change through updates. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules.
2. Eligibility
GrandRich Master is intended for an adult audience. You must meet the age rating shown on the Apple App Store or Google Play for your region. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms.
3. No real money gambling
The fortune machine and all other game features use in-game currency only. GrandRich Master does not offer real money gambling or any opportunity to win real money or prizes, and in-game currency cannot be cashed out or exchanged for anything outside the App. Practice or success at social casino-style gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.
4. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use GrandRich Master on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by applicable law.
5. In-App Purchases
GrandRich Master offers In-App Purchases of consumable items, such as cash packs, spins, chests, ore crates, scans and boosts. Prices are displayed in the store interface and charged by Apple or Google.
- Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google, not inside the App.
- We do not collect your payment card details.
- Chests contain randomly selected cards. The chance of each rarity is shown in the App before purchase.
- Refund requests for App Store purchases should be submitted to Apple (for example via reportaproblem.apple.com). Google Play purchases follow Google’s refund process.
- Virtual items and in-game currency have no cash value outside GrandRich Master and are licensed, not sold as real-world property, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
- Your progress, including purchased items, is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data erases it, and we cannot restore it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use GrandRich Master in violation of law or Apple / Google platform policies;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- Cheat, exploit, modify, or interfere with normal operation of GrandRich Master;
- Misuse support channels or submit fraudulent purchase or refund claims.
7. Intellectual property
GrandRich Master, including its software, art, audio, text, and trademarks, is owned by BAIHAT LABS or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrandRich Master is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAIHAT LABS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of GrandRich Master. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for In-App Purchases in GrandRich Master during the three (3) months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
10. Privacy
How GrandRich Master handles information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to GrandRich Master if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law or platform rules. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of GrandRich Master after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
